4. Heating & Cooling (HVAC)

  • Keeps your home comfortable year-round.
  • Change air filters every 1-3 months depending on environmental conditions and quality of the filter(s). Those with allergies or medical conditions may benefit from more frequent filter replacement.
  • Drain Line Maintenance Most HVAC systems should have a plastic drain line for water disposal at the interior equipment of the home. If there is a service cap that can be removed a liquid cleaner can be added. A quarter cup of vinegar ever 1-2 months should be sufficient to kill bacteria, algae buildup, and prevent clogs.
  • Have your system serviced annually to prevent breakdowns.
